2024 Britannia 1oz Silver Proof Coin LTD Edition of only 3500 in this Format

This is the 2024 Silver Proof 1oz edition of the highly collectible series known as'The Britannia Range'. It has been minted in the Silver Proof version almost every year since 1997, (excluding 1999, 2000 and 2002), and likely to continue for many more years to come. Britannia' was first conceived by the Romans, and embraced by the nation she represents, her image has been featured on coins for centuries.

Often depicted as a'Warrior Queen' carrying weapons, the designs are at times tempered by showing her in robes with peaceful elements such as an olive branch. This 2024 version shows no weapons, just a tranquil scene of her face in the moonlight among breaking waves. The coin is in mint condition, (capsule never opened), and the box, COA, booklet and outer sleeve are pristine.
