The obverse shows Martin Jennings' new portrait of King Charles III making this the first coin in the Myths and Legends series to feature His Majesty. The reverse is the work of renowned sculptor and illustrator David Lawrence and depicts King Arthur garbed in a swirling cloak and crown, wielding his sword, Excalibur.
